Delicious Rice Pilaf Recipe - Nefis Pirinç Pilavı Tarifi

Ingredients for Rice Pilaf Recipe

2 cups of rice
3 cups of hot water
1 cup barley
1 chicken bouillon
3 tablespoons butter
Salt - optional

Rice Pilaf Recipe Preparation

First, Whether or not to wash the rice is entirely optional.  Add the butter to the pot and open the bottom of the pot.

Add the barley and fry until the barley change color. Add the previously washed rice to the pot and continue to roast.

Continue to stir for 5 minutes without stopping. If you do not mix it, your rice may stick to the bottom of the pan.

In the meantime, add 3 cups of hot water and chicken bouillon to a bowl and mix (optionally add salt).

Add this mixture of rice and barley to the roasting pan and mix 1-2 times. Then close the pot, afterwards close the lid of the pot and cook for about 15 minutes.

During this process, do not open or close lid of the pot too often to check your rice. After 10 minutes, you can open the lid and check if it has drained, but do not open the lid too often and do not prevent it from cooking.

When the rice has completely drained the water, close the lid of the pot and stir your rice several times.  After mixing, lay a paper towel over the pan, close the lid and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Paper towel will be used to draw steam and your rice will be grains. Rice pilaf is ready.

Enjoy your rice pilaf.

Pirinç Pilavı Tarifi Malzemeler

  • 2 su bardağı pilavlık pirinç
  • 3 su bardağı sıcak su
  • 1 Türk kahvesi fincanı arpa şehriye
  • 1 tane tavuk bulyon

Afiyet olsun.
