The Artificial World
Drum says that the development of computer technology is very slow. Drum
tells us that at the
end of this long process of development, we will reach a
world of artificial intelligence robots. I will summarize the changes in the
economy, the environment, society and the world during this development process
that Drum has described. Drum mentions about how computers will produce
solutions to environmental, economic and social problems. Drum claimed when
computers reach smart robots, robots can do anything people can do. Drum
explains that people have started artificial intelligence applications a long
time ago. Drum says that even when we reach our present time, we are still at
the beginning of the development of artificial intelligence because it says
that technological development is not very fast as we have seen in the movies.
On the contrary, the development of computers will last for a very long time
and progressively progresses to a certain point. Drum also tells us that
development will never end, progress and development will continue to grow. However,
he said that the human brain is a chaotic environment. Drum mentioned that
robots with artificial intelligence will act according to previously recorded
data. In other words, the complex nature of human beings cannot be reached.

Drum argues that by 2040 robots would be on the market. But it's cheap, and
everywhere it's going to take a lot longer to find them. In the economic
sector, machines have begun to take an active role. In the business world, machine
can do most of the work people do. However, the construction, maintenance and
operation of the machines is also necessary. So even though there are machines,
the reason why people are still able to work depends on it. The reason why
people depend on machine does whatever you want it to do, for as long as you
want it to, but Drum says the robots will have people who have money. In other words, people who work and show labor will fall into great
troubles. It also says that the country's overall income balance will begin to
go more to people with capital as a result of technological developments. This
mentions that the ratio of labor and capital distribution will change in the
near future. Drum mentions that in the coming years, when the robots begin to
enter our lives, the worldwide unemployment rate will start to increase. However,
he argues that this will have its negative side. For example, the products

According to Drum, 5 major problems
are likely to threaten the economy. These: Computer-aided economy will affect
the labor class, decrease in the number of jobs open to robotics technology,
decreases in middle and lower class income levels, decrease in investment levels due to decrease
in consumption, inverse change in labor and capital ratio. Drum thinks that
these are the threats that await the world economy in the future. Drum argues
that robots will cause massive mass unemployment in the 2030s. People in the
middle-skill will lose most their jobs. But in the work done by the robots, the
robots will not have the mix mood of the people as they have. Drum says robots
will offer them the most suitable and best options for people, workplaces
working with robot technology. For example, they will be able to select the
appropriate films for us, as they can bring our newspapers home every day. Drum
said that there will be very rapid changes in the economy of the world. In
addition, this process takes a long time and does not know exactly when it will
happen. Drum also mentoins us that it will be very soon.
Technology has always been in our lives in every field from past to
present. Nowadays, we can not be denied technology. Technological changes and developments
bring differences to our life everyday. I believe that as Drum says, there is
little time left for robots to enter our lives. Therefore, we should always
follow and investigate technological developments and changes. Drum mentions us
about the example of filling the Lake of Michigan. For example, he assumed that
Lake Michigan was completely evacuated. Drum stated that the lake would be
refilled but that it would be done according to certain rules. Drum said that
as the years progressed, the amount of water added to the lake would continue
to be doubled. In other words, he tried to explain to us that he started out
with very little information in the years when the first development of the
computer started. As years passed and more computer development grew, life
progressed. This situation is just as similar to the changes in the lake with
the increase in the amount of water in the lake. Drum, however, said it would
take a long time. Likewise, with the addition of a small amount of water in the

The solutions that Drum offers
against artificial intelligence are to use capital to apply high rates of taxes
and to support money to support displaced workers. I think these solutions are
reasonable because it is a fair solution for the tax taken out of capital to go
to the laborers who work hard. This may be an obstacle for the people against
the robots in the world of technology. It can also cause mass unemployment to
slow down for a while. In addition, the tax revenues deducted from the capital
should be provided to maintain their lives if the persons of labor are
unemployed. I also have a idea to the developing technology. A fund account
should be established for each child born by the State. This fund can be
financed by the government on the behalf of the children with the taxes levied
on the capital owners. The child until the age of 18 and family members will
not be able to touch this fund account. After the age of 18 years, the state
will give the child a pension. They will also be asked to provide their own
earnings. This will cause people to have income. It will prevent mass
unemployment and economic downturn. This is a draft idea, and of course this
idea can be further developed. As a result, the world changes with
technological developments every night. It seems difficult to resist and
struggle against this change. I think we should make investments based on our
future and the future of our humanity.
