Born to Run
The article "Born to Run" written by Ingfei Chen. Chen mentions that people are actually very durable runners. It is mentioned that the body structures of people have properties that are designed as a totally awesome runner. Chen also mentions that people have the ability to escape even the big endurance runners, dogs, wolves, hyenas and antelopes.
From achilles tendons in people's bodies, from knee joints to muscular glutei maximi, Chen says, everything is designed to be a perfect runner. Chen talks about the perfect balance of the body's sweat glands as long as people can regulate breathing while running. Because it argues that it is important to adjust the perfect balance of the body's mechanism. Chen tells us that all the muscle tissues and tendons that an excellent runner should have are in our legs. Chen says that our ancient ancestors had these runner features in the past and that these perfect runner body features have survived from generation to generation with the evolution of humanity.
Chen reports, but in the evolutionary process of mankind, science helps us to explore the great talents of humanity and to further understand the capabilities of our past ancestors. Chen says that he believes that the most important indicator of the existence and survival of mankind from millions of years to the present is the runners with perfect body structure.
